Me
I start things. I grow them. I stay with them. That has been true for as long as I can remember.
Over the past twenty years, that has taken shape in different ways. Building businesses. Leading teams. Walking closely with women who are navigating their own paths in leadership, entrepreneurship, and life.
And through all of it, one thing kept becoming clear.
So many women are not lacking vision.
They are thoughtful. They are capable. They know what they want to build.
What they are often carrying is the weight of trying to do it all at the same time.
To lead well.
To grow something meaningful.
To be present at home.
To not lose themselves in the process.
I understand that because I have lived it too.
There were seasons where I felt stretched. Seasons where I had to learn what really matters. Seasons where I had to rebuild how I approached work, leadership, and life so they could exist together in a way that felt sustainable.
That is what shaped the work I do now.
